"Honestly tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, was patient when they kept giving me the run around, kept my cool when the item they sent was missing 50% of its parts kept calm when they promised to have the rest of the product delivered but instead sent a bag of screws, so now at my wits end, this is probably the worst company I have ever done busines with they literally took my money and refused to give me the item I paid for 2 weeks on a item that was only meant to take 3 days and some of the worst customer care I have experience ever if you can avoid these guys then by all means please do don't let the lower prices fool you it's not worth all the stress, and they seem to advertise products that they don't actually have in store"

"I ordered my item 17 days ago, I got no communication in regards to my item being posted, when I asked they blamed covid, ok fair enough but some communication would have been nice! They said the item would be expressed to me and gave me a tracking number and after waiting another 4 days there is no information on the tracking and the courier advised they don’t have the item and to contact the store. I asked the store for a refund and they did reply…. Poor customer service and then no reply when asking for a refund. Is this place a scam? I will be reporting to scam watch"
