"Staff are generally nice and helpful however an experience from their store manager was outright despicable. I was advised a day earlier from a casual staff that I could return an item without its tag, however the store manager today advised that she wouldn’t return. I accepted that however her approach in making me feel belittled, tone of voice and then had the decency to say she wouldn’t have this discussion and basically kicking me out of the store was complete atrocious behavior for someone that is suppose to be the focal image of the store. Higher management should reconsider her position. A simple apology from this store manager about information discrepancy could of simply dissolved any upset ness. Instead this store manager felt she needed to go on a power trip. Great job bonds"
