In line with current health guidelines, all patients are required to provide a full Covid Vaccination Certificate. Additionally, fully vaccinated patients from high-risk areas must present a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours. For patients who are not fully vaccinated, a negative Covid test within 72 hours is mandatory. To manage the flow of patients and minimize contact, we kindly request that all patients arrive only 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Furthermore, we allow only one patient support or carer person in the clinic if necessary. Please note that phone interpreter services are available until further notice.

For those unfamiliar with Zoom, it is a virtual teleconferencing website that provides a platform for patients to have virtual consultations with their doctors. The process is simple: before your consult, we will send you a "meeting ID" via email or text message, which will allow you to enter the virtual consult room through Zoom. Once you have the meeting ID code, simply visit www.zoom and join the meeting. Our staff will notify you when the doctor is ready to see you.
