"This store has the worst customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. They do not complete orders then ignore emails requiring disputes with your bank to get your funds returned. Trying to leave feedback on their Facebook page is fruitless as they delete bad, completely honest feedback and block you on social media instead of acknowledging their abhorrent “customer service” and working with the customer to rectify. I’m all for supporting local businesses but after the way I was treated by the owner on their social media page I’ll never shop there again, not even if I was given a lifetime supply of free gift vouchers."
