"I had an unusual accident in Ettalong metres from the medical centre and was in extreme pain and needed help. Dr Julian Alsop saw me and did a small procedure to alleviate my pain, gave me scripts and sent me for an ultrasound. He was incredibly caring at a time when I was scared and in pain. He called me the next day to check I was ok and to make sure I was continuing treatment of the wound. This medical centre is lucky to have such an empathetic doctor on board."
"This practice is very good. The team of doctors are all empathetic, they are to date and able to deal with range of issues as expected of a good GP. In fact the I have found all three doctors who have managed my health to be exceptional. There is a team practice here which make sure there is always someone who is aware of your health history and well supported clinically. As far as reception is concerned I haven't seen any rudeness and at times they have come out to my car to assist me with my wife. I was referred to this practice by a person who has a very good knowledge of local General Practices. Its been a tough year so lets all try to get along."
