"I would not even give 1 star to this store but unfortunately this is where i can only starts from . Bought sony tv from them ,however came to know from sony representatives customer service person that remote provided to you is not compatible to your tv ,in other words the store gave dodgy remote control which was not required. I myself have went to the store for some resolution and asking why all this happened to which they have no answer. On the top of that manager of this store had No Responsibility towards negligent behaviour and providing terrible customer service . The only wise thing I could have done at store not yell at staff especially that could b someone else fault who sold this tv and gave me dodgy remote control with it just to commence the sales and targets. Manager got no courtesy to come and apologise for behaviour, Guess what funny part they gave me another old remote control of sony and not only that offering me 70$ credit for all in one remote . Thanks for waisting my time in the store which nearly took them over 40 minutes and plus time i have to spend over phone with sony consultant. Thanks for the stress Thanks for terrible service Thanks for giving me dodgy remote control which was never compatible to sony bravia Tv."
"Love my local JB Hi-Fi store, even more because of the great staff and one most exemplary member, James. Such a vast knowledge across technological products and really looked after me in price. His honest opinions and lengths to ensure I was making the right choice was beyond generous. Have spent thousands at this store, and so long as the are staff like this, I am happy to spend thousands more."
"I'm so happy with the service I received from James the Manager. I bought a new phone and was told it had all the features, but unfortunately it didn't have the facility for Google pay. I went back the following day and James swapped the phone. He couldn't help me enough and spent time with me showing me the features and helped with the setting up. His customer service is outstanding and highly recommend him for any knowledge of phones."
"I've never had issues at this store before the staff are great. But i bought a phone from Them a s23 ultra for 2000 dollars and i was having issues with the phone breaking up during calls. They told me that they need to replicate the issue to replace the phone even though the phone was less than 24-hours old it's obviously the manager told me that to call them when the issue happens but if I'm on a call how am I supposed to call them. The other option was to take the phone to Samsung. If you're reading this and your deciding to buy a mobile phone go to Officeworks it is the same price and if you have an issue with the item they were replace it with a brand new one within 30 days"
"Click and collect is horrible. No separate queue after waiting for 10 mins, I was asked to join the normal queue. Really bad management. Other JB hi fi stores are far better."
