But the decathlon branded shuttlecock sets are awful - I paid more than what I normally pay for these at the courts, thinking they'd be better, but no, they don't last a single game - almost like they are some old batch of shuttlecocks? "Placed an online order on 21/04/2023. Between 21/04/2023 and 25/05/2023, I attempt to communicate with the online representatives including Sam, Ron and Bella. After 34 days of waiting, I was able to receive 2 items out of 5 items I ordered. The rest was refunded for them not having the items in stock. After 34 days of waiting, they conveniently informed me that they would refund me. Cons: - After 34 days of waiting, they informed me that they do not have the item I ordered in stock. - My patience is wasted. - The online enquiry takes around 3 days. The reply does not have any substance other than asking you to be patient, and the usual excuses. - 5 items ordered and 2 items came. - Giving you false hope. Pros: - At least they partially refund the item and apologise. Would I use the online decathlon again? I suggest staying away."
