"Went in to refund a product; would’ve easily accepted a simple explanation of the ACC Laws that exchanges are the best they can do. Instead staff member spent 10 minutes trying to sell me the $69 2-yr Product Care and when I said several times that this is not what I wanted (even showing me his purchases on his personal account on the monitor). Then was belittled by him telling me that I just don’t understand. I what mate?"

"Bought a TV set off the floor last Sunday and the salesman was unable to locate the remote control that went with it, so gave us a generic one instead with a promise that he would order one for us from LG and advise when it arrived. Waited till this Sunday with no word, so 'phoned and got a promise that someone would call back. After three 'phone calls and no one calling back, am unimpressed with the lack of service."
