"Don't know how this business is still operating. 1 star is too much for them. They "lost" our property, have lie after lie of false promises to replace it, we didn't want to deal with their incompetence spanning over 2 YEARS of designs being incorrect, one thing being said, another being done; false promises; delay after delay. Trying to get out of their duty to replace our lost items given as samples to replicate, as discussed. When we couldn't deal with their lies of family members dying, being overseas, never answering or returning calls we were DONE. Just reimburse us & we can move on. Never happened, it "wasn't their fault". Will delete your bad feedback on Facebook & Block you from instagram (not being rude, just stating facts). They'll probably delete this too. I could go on & on. Criminals, childish, untrustworthy. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!"
