"Honestly, I never really write google reviews but I actually am so SHOCKED at the service I received today. I am quite queer presenting and walked into the store with a simple question. The staff looked my friend and I up and down and gave us beyond terrible service. It seemed like our presence in the store was an inconvenience or even embarrassment for them. We walked out 10 seconds later. Definitely not a safe space for queer people. North face, Helly Hanson and Kathmandu were much more accomodating. Beyond disappointed"
