"NO BULK BILLING. Hope medical centre does mixed billing. My husband and I visited there last Saturday and we were charged $70 per person, total $140. The doctor changed his mind in the end and charged only one person's amount. The receptionist told me we need to check whether a doctor you gonna meet does bulk billing and it will be only available via phone call."
"Friendly, professional and helpful reception staff, a very busy place, yet always feel looked after. There are so many things going on here, people are sick, children not well, people are often stressed and less inclined to understand what the staff are subtly contending with, it's a serious position to hold more than a fast food drive through. We changed surgeries after attitude, unprofessional, and starting a charge for a service that is provided free, Patient Transport, $150 which shocked even the PTS management. So thank you staff for the professionalism and care you take with our long term issues."

"We paid private doctor Dr Mostafa Abdelkareem ($40) for an appointment for my two year old child. He gave us a referral but the Imaging center would not accept it because he did not complete it correctly (as he did not indicate what time of scan he is requesting). I phoned Reception straight away (waiting 15 minutes before an answer, by the way). It's been three whole business days (as well as an additional email) and we are still waiting to be emailed a new, fully completed, referral. My child cannot get the help she neeeds without this. This should be a sinple talk that does not take long to fix."
"Don't assume you will be bulk billed. And don't assume you will be told you have been booked with a private doctor, as you won't be told unfortunately until it's time to pay. If you book online with "first available" it's like a lucky dip and you 100% will not know which doctor you have been assigned. If the staff advised on arrival /check-in who the doctor is, and if they are a private billing doctor this would be very beneficial to the patient. The front staff where not helpful, lacked empathy or understanding and not willing to accept any fault. The nursing staff for flu shots on the otherhand was a 5 star. Can't fault the doctors either."
