"Absolutely wonderful experience. This shop has such a great variety and range & really appreciate the returns policy. I bought some swimwear online, one of the items didn't fit properly so thought I'd come in to do a return so I could try things on. Priti was so amazingly helpful: she helped me find different styles and sizes until we found the right one. She really knew what she was talking about regarding brands, sizing, and styles and was friendly and made me feel completely at ease. I very much appreciated her help today."
"I am not a keen bra shopper, I like what I like and I will continue to buy it as I know the fit will fit! Storm in a D Cup was unable to get their hands on the bra in my size that was my preference, but they have gone above and beyond in communication, support and suggestions, I must add all via email!! I have received the recommended bra, and I love it and have placed another order already. I have a new favorite. They really know their bras and the brands they work with. My wish was to receive a bra that fits like magic without having to send back and try another. Gizelle and her team are magical. Thank you! ❤️"
"For a long time, I was convinced that maternity bra's were not made in my size (10H), and after the birth of my second child and years of looking I gave up. But, somehow, my mum came across Storm in a D Cup and the amazing team helped me get the perfect fitting bra online. I initially ordered 4 or 5 different styles of 10GG -12H bra's that came in the post. There was some delay in the last of them arriving, but the ones that were available first were sent sooner so I didn't have to wait for them all. I ended up returning/exchanging the bra's a couple times to get the perfect fit and the team were able to offer their expert fit advice, and even offered a virtual fitting zoom session (which I didn't end up needing, but would have done if I needed the help). The exchange process was very easy and straightforward. I was kept up to date about manufacturing delays for one of the bras and the team helpfully let me know I could switch colours to get that particular bra size sooner than otherwise. A few weeks after my last bra arrived, there was a spot where the stitching came undone. When I contacted the team, they were super helpful and responsive, and quick to fix me up with another bra. Overall, I have been very impressed with the range, customer service and quality of Storm in a D Cup. I have already recommended that all my pregnant/breastfeeding sisters and sisters in law visit their site, and I will definitely be coming back when I need another bra. Thank you very much to all the team at Storm in a D Cup, especially Gizelle who helped me with all my exchanges!"
"Bra shopping has always been very tricky for me and something that I tend to dread so I really appreciated how helpful, patient, polite and knowledgeable the staff is. In particular, Priti helped me and was super lovely, she made the whole process really easy and spent a lot of time with me and gave me a lot of really good advice and options! I was able to find several bras that were super comfy and that also looked really cute too, which is super rare when you have my cup size."
