"Purchased a whip from them that they said was approved by RA and that they would send out straight away for me. It took them five days to send it, and it was not approved by RA. Shocking way to treat customers, and unprofessional manner in which to handle it. Shane from this company said to use it without the approval. Very unprofessional. Dale Hyland said to keep the whip on the house. Which he changed his mind about a day later. Shocking"
