"I've been coming to this medical centre since I was 14yrs old. I am now 46yrs old, married and with 2 teenage children and we now all come here. Our doctor is our friend Dr Lydia Kovach. She has been there for us through all our ups and downs, and we will refuse to go elsewhere. Other doctors there such as Dr Gorelik and Dr Mattar are also wonderful and very patient and compassionate. Yes the waiting times can be very long, yes the waiting room isn't renovated and glamorous, and lastly the secretaries can sometimes be unfriendly and rude, however is you have spent enough time in their waiting room you would see what they go through and what they put up with and then you would understand. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy, never had an issue. If I had a long wait the girls would tell me to go get a coffee up the road and even offered to call me when it was almost time. They are wonderful..."
"I waited 40 minutes to see my doctor. I felt like my doctor was annoyed with me for being there. I felt like she didn't care at all about me (even after I started crying). My life has been very difficult lately. Even simple tasks like going to the doctor have taken a huge amount of effort. I wouldn't recommend this practice. They do bulk bill. But the place is dirty and untidy and the 5 receptionists are very noisily talking about complaining patients and resort holidays."
