Life Medical Clinic Bexley is an AGPAL accredited practice and has been involved in undergraduate and post-graduate medical education for many years. Our doctors have diverse areas of interest, including men's health, chronic illness care, travel medicine, psychological health, pediatrics, and preventative health.

Dr. Jimmy, one of our practitioners, was inspired to pursue general practice after volunteering at The Manorom Christian Hospital in Thailand. He completed his medical degree at UNSW and has been a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners since 2006. Dr. Jimmy is also a Supervisor and Examiner for GP trainees. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, cricket, and fishing with his family.

Dr. Jo, another member of our team, has been a GP since 1997. He finds the combination of helping people and problem-solving to be the most rewarding aspects of his job. Dr. Jo has also been involved as a general practice supervisor, training the next generation of GPs. In his free time, he enjoys playing squash, FIFA, and volunteering at his local church.

Dr. Abeer, a recent addition to our clinic, graduated with distinction from the University of New South Wales. He has a particular interest in child and adolescent health, mental health, men's health, women's health, and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Abeer is also a GP Registrar undertaking training under the AGPT pathway.

Melinda, our accredited practicing dietitian, believes in the power of food as medicine. She has helped countless clients improve their health through healthier eating habits. With expertise in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, food allergies and intolerances, pediatric nutrition, and weight management, Melinda is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their health goals. She is also bilingual and fluent in Mandarin.
