"Skilled Surgeons, Disappointing Reception I recently entrusted my children's care to Macarthur ENT, visiting both their Campbelltown and Gregory Hills locations for their procedures. While the surgical team, particularly Dr. Naidoo, showcased remarkable skill and professionalism, the reception staff's behavior marred our overall experience. The surgical team at Macarthur ENT truly excelled during my children's procedures, with Dr. Naidoo's expertise shining through. Their adeptness and transparent communication provided a reassuring backdrop throughout the process. However, it's unfortunate that this level of care did not extend to our interactions with the reception staff. Encountering consistently rude and abrupt behavior from the reception staff was disheartening. This stark contrast between their attitude and the exceptional care we received from the surgical team was difficult to overlook. In light of these encounters, I find myself unable to wholeheartedly recommend Macarthur ENT. While the surgical team deserves recognition, the negative interactions with the reception staff overshadowed our experience. It is my hope that the clinic takes steps to address this issue and create a more positive patient journey."

"Giving 3 stars because the surgeon is amazing and he made a massive difference in my life with an outstanding surgery on my sinuses. His staff in the city are so pleasant to deal with. If I were rating the staff at his office in Campbelltown I would't even give them one star. I cannot express enough how rude they are. They purposely don't answer the phone and for some reason they purposely don't put anything on line to assist. They make everything difficult and are snappy in their responses in person as they act like they are doing you such a favour. I highly recommend this surgeon but it is worth the drive to go to the other office which is what I did post surgery."

"I tried multiple times to book an appointment. I heard a dial tone when I first called, but no one picked up the phone. I immediately called back again, and this time it went to "User Busy", and it has been saying that continuously ever since. How is one supposed to book an appointment at this centre then?"

"Very poor service by receptionist i called them and see them too many times for hearing Australia referral they told me they will send it by email. its been 1 week still no emails . I called again and other receptionist said she can’t see anything on the system she will talk to her colleagues and call me back still 2 days gone no phone calls nothing . How they can be ignored patient like this i paid $300 +$200 for that its not a joke"
