"This is my first time shopping with this brand. I have recently received the two items I ordered from their site (originally paying for 3 items but then the third item availability was misleading and was sold out and had a refund for that one). The shipping was fast ( arrived after 5 days). However the products I received were faulty and I had evidence and pictures. The items quality, design when fitted, and size is not as displayed and showed. I contacted customer care by email (as they don’t answer their calls) and demanded a return a refund and , I was only offered to return the FAULTY items for a store credit. Because I am so frustrated I don’t want to shop from this brand anymore and I don’t want a store credit as I paid by card. I have a right to get my refund the way I paid for it. It is very very disappointing to see such brands treat their new customers with such low quality service and products and mislead their rights as customers. I won’t ever shop from them again."

"Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful. I was after a certain item which was not current stock and Hayley contacted me and told me that they had found the item. Mind you I first contacted them a few months before to ask and If one came up could they let me know. I thought they would have forgotten, most would, but Hayley didn’t and I received my elusive item a few days later. Thanks"
