If you want proof read below: I engaged Fiona for the sale of my property which was handled efficiently and professionally ensuring my best interests were taken care off, negotiating the ability for me to use the deposit from my sale for my next property. The contract was completed quickly enabling a smooth sale. However, Fiona and the team exceeded my expectation and the high standard already set in handling my sale, when it came to my purchase. I saw a property prior to the first opening and made an offer, but the first opening took place. On the Monday evening, following the opening, I successfully negotiated to purchase the property and needed to act quickly, as the next opening was scheduled for Wednesday morning and until exchange of contracts the property was still 'on the market' and the risks associated with that.
