They also replaced my plastic cover I had for the rice cooker and I noticed cockroaches on the bag. They wanted me to pay $80 to fix my cooker. I know things are cheap here but you’re better off going to Bing Lee for that extended warranty."

Do not go here to buy and return any faulty products they do not abide by their warranty. They said and I quote “if a cockroach causes a electrical fault on your cooker no warranty”. WOW!!"
