"Worst customer service ever. The tall guy has such an attitude, exceptionally rude and unapologetic. Even his co workers made fun of his attitude behind his back along with most other customers. As soon as we pick something off rack to try, he would come take it off and put it back. Then he would go in the storeroom and throw stuff around out of frustration which we clearly see him do. He was doing it to people of colour mostly, and I would like to make a formal complaint of his behaviour. He was working with two other people who were polite and responsible, unlike him. Having such person work for business that include customer service is like trying to not have any customer at all, and to pick on people of colour is the absolute worse. Tall, racist and arrogant, is his best description."
"Had a very unpleasant experience today. The Indian Fiji or whatever South Asian look staff was so arrogant and rude. She obviously does not fit to her job as she has no knowledge at all when being asked about the specifications on the tags and labels of the products in store. It's ok if you don't know, but it's disgusting if you give your customer a go-away-don't -bother -me attitude. She needs to get trained properly. She needs to be taught the most basic manners when doing customer service. One star to other staff who're normally nice when I visited there at other times."

"Walking around DFO Moorabbin, so many people who have BIG NOSES, noses that do not fit under a surgical mask are walking around this precinct. There is a need for a Covid monitor ensuring that areas where masks are to be worn, that they are worn properly, otherwise its a joke wearing a mask under your nose, may as well not wear it all."
