"Appalling. The delivery date was three weeks after the promised date. I rang to find it had been sitting in the warehouse for a week waiting to be attended to. When it came time to install the rangehood was short a critical piece which I had to source elsewhere. Finally after two months the installation date arrived and the flu on the range hood is ugly industrial metal and does not match the sleek stainless rangehood."
