"This was my first time shopping from Millers! The sales lady was so pushy and annoying as she was following me in store asking me what I need, after telling her a million times that I am fine and will let u know if I need anything! She didn’t even let me alone in the changing room by constantly calling if I need anything! People need their privacy and personal space to decide. She wasn’t even listening to what I was telling her just annoyingly trying to push me to buy sth else!!! And she didn’t give up! The funny thing is that the range of products are very casual and normal mostly casual pants and dresses it’d so funny having someone chasing you all the time to get you to spend $20 more! She was extremely pushy and even in the end when I said thank you she sarcastically said: u didn’t let me help you! It felt like she said u didn’t let me get enough money outta u!! I really wanna say this is a very bad customer service! This experience made me decide to never go back to this branch at least. I think, this is very disappointing and destructive for your brand having ppl at the front who are only focusing and caring about meeting sales budget!"

"I bought 10 items online and went into the store to return 2 items. I was accused by one of the staff of theft infront of my young daughter. I had no receipt as they did not provide me with a copy. She said for all we know this might be stolen goods. I had bank statements and confirmation email to prove my purchase. There were 2 staffs in there that day and they refused to refund my money. I wish to lodge a formal complaint and they refused to give me their name so i could not identify them in my complaint. I lodged a complaint and noted the time and date of the incident and the area manager called me after 2 weeks with only an apology and just asked me to go back and refund. No compensation at all for making me waste a trip. I saw the same rude staff again, the one with long honey blond hair, she is still working there. She is a disgrace to the millers group"

"Went to Miller's Roselands this morning with my sister to exchange a couple of tops which our grandmother bought a week ago. One staff member said it was fine so we went to look around and picked something else when we come back the other staff member saids no we don't exchange on sale stuff. We explained the other staff member said it was fine as we explained to her our grandmother was in a weelchair so she could not try the stuff on before byeing it. She did the exchange but was not happy about it. The stuff we had was 16 dollars the stuff we wanted was 15 dollars the staff member then turned around and said she could not and would not give us a dollar back we had to spend another 4 dollar's. Was a joke we did not want anything else we said this to her and she was going of her block saying im not losing my job over 1 dollar. My sister even said so i have to spend 4 dollars more i don't want to just to get an exchange. The women was a cow about it we bought something else only to get the exchange. I have to say being a local to this shopping centre i would never recommend Millars to anyone. Very rude staff. If i could give 0 stars i would!!!"
