I will be lodging a formal complaint with Fair Trading and taking further legal action if this is not resolved and refunded within 48 hours. UPDATE: got refunded in the end it should have been quick and painless but instead it was slow and painful but better late than never."

Followed up by email on 3 November 2022 - silence Requested a call back on 8 November - nothing Requested a call back on 9 November - nothing Requested further call backs up to 13 November - nothing Sent email on 10 November advising I'll go to PayPal to recover the money charged to my credit card. Don't do business with Adventure Safety/Ware. Utterly painful..."
