"Called multiple times during multiple days during multiple weeks to get a urgent appointment. Always either busy or an automated message. Seems like they don’t have an admin/receptionist. Imagine calling regarding a followup or an important questions.I now have to make another appointment with ny gp and I am going to take my business elsewhere. Pathetic is a perfect word to use here."

"My dealings with this medical clinic was extremely disappointing. The way they handled my situation was very unprofessional to say the least. There may be some good people working there but the Doctor I was suppose to see does not appear to be one. My original appointment was stuffed up by them and then when I arrived for my appointment they told me I had a completely different date and time. They had made this other appointment and just assumed I was able to come back in for that. I was not even given the courtesy of being advised the Doctor had been called away and was not there that day. When I sent them an email outlining my experience and concerns with what had happened I ended up being completely ignored. I had taken the time off work to originally come in for the appointment and they just wasted my time and money to pay for parking. My GP had advised them that my situation was an URGENT matter but that didn't seem to count for anything. To-date I am still waiting for them to send a reply to my email. Not even a "Sorry that situation happened". I don't think I'll hold my breath waiting for that - it has been about 2 months now and still nothing. This clinic really should take a good look at how they conduct business and the way they treat and inconvenience their patients. Go elsewhere, I ended up having to. Don't waste your time."

"This has to be the worst medical clinic ever, when it comes to phoning for a follow up appointment. Been trying to make an appointment for 4 days now, all calls go directly to automatic voicemail saying they're answering large volumes of calls and cannot answer the phone right now, call back later or email admin (which has not responded). How are cancer patients supposed to get in touch with their treating specialist??? This is absurd, going to report them to the authorities!"

"Absolute joke, never answers phone calls of days of trying. Customer service is rude, tells you one thing and wastes your time to say they can’t do it on that day. Gives you a expected date for a report for a government job and still 4 days later no response. Not good for a clinic"
