"As far I’m concerned, this male Dr Uppal should not be practicing. His behaviour with his patients goes against every essence of caring for people. My wife was up all night vomiting. Rang this practice in the morning to make an appointment, which the receptionist happily obliged to without any further question. On arrival into male Dr Uppal’s office she was berated about being a new patient without any medical records, about how they weren’t meant to be taking on new patients, and guilt tripped about how new patients push out old ones etc. My wife came home very upset about how this doctor treated her. At no point before seeing him was my wife told that they weren’t taking new patients or that she needed to bring all her medical history with her. She was just asked to fill out a new patient form and take a seat. Instead of this guy Uppal teaching his receptionists his preferred procedures, he put all the blame on my wife and treated her with utter contempt. My wife was sick and went to see a doctor in the area, plain and simple. Shame on you Uppal, your licence should be revoked. You’re rude and uncaring behaviour is not welcome on our community."

"Disappointed in the service from Dr. I usually go to Casula Medical Clinic, but they were completely booked out. I decided to go here, as I was feeling super unwell with stomach cramps and nausea. The Dr brought me in and just started complaining about how I am a new patient (even though they're trying not to take new people on), how nothing of mine was on file and now I would most likely not see him again. I explained to him that I understood, I just needed to see someone for my pain, as my usual GP was booked out. He rushed the appointment, giving me a quick script for my pain and palmed me off. Absolutely horrible for a doctor who is meant to be helping people. Will not be returning."

"Dr. Uppal is disgustingly rude and unprofessional. I've never felt so dehumanized, unnecessary comments and questions coming from a man like himself. do not bother wasting your time. how is this clinic still operating for so long and hasn't been shut down????"

"Not sure how this place is still operating and running… both mr and Mrs doctors are severely undertrained and have no professionalism. They hardly have any medical knowledge and are merely doctors just as a business not because they have any patient care. Save yourself Go elsewhere, unless you need a medical certificate it’s the only right thing they can do. Also you will be waiting for 45 minutes minimum to see them, no matter if you have an appointment or not:)"
