"Two of us visited Amer Sports Outlet Store in Moorabbin on a Saturday around midday. We were looking to buy some trail running shoes. First of all, I noticed the store only stocks limited brands, and their range of products is quite nieche. This is obciously not a terrible thing, but just something to be aware of before making a trip to visit this sports centre. I definitely expected it to be a large warehouse filled with aisles of shoes, sporting equipment, gear and clothes. But it was a surprisingly small store with limited items. Nevertheless, I did appreciate that they kept different sizes of shoes on the floor, so we could just help ourselves to find our correct size. It saved us from having to bother the staff and waste their time looking through piles of shoes out the back. I bought a discounted pair of Salomon Ultra Glide trail running shoes and I was very pleased with my purchase. Thank you!"

"Don't waste your time! One thing that truly frustrates me is when I enter a store and the staff completely disregard my presence. I had been eyeing the outlet store across the street for months and eagerly shared my desire to visit it with my partner. Yesterday, I finally gathered the courage to step into the store. As I entered, a young Asian lady behind the counter glanced at me but made no effort to acknowledge my presence. I proceeded to walk to the right of the counter, where another female employee also looked at me without offering any acknowledgement and walked away. It was evident that I appeared clueless about the products they were selling, and I needed assistance. Feeling lost, I turned around and headed towards the other side of the store. To my surprise, the same young Asian lady from the counter followed me and silently observed, without uttering a single word while looking directly at me. Feeling utterly disgusted by the lack of attention, I had no choice but to leave the store. It seemed that my money held no significance compared to the other customers present. I don't wish to assume anything beyond this experience, as making further assumptions could lead to unwarranted conclusions. Lastly, I would look very closely at what you're buying."

"I had a bad experience for the online order. The parcel was lost the track and reported as the lost item. The customer service didn’t try to get the same product shipped. They just relied to give you the refund instead of trying to get the same product from the headquarter or other retailer shops. It’s not about whether you get money back and it’s about if you really try for your loyal customer. My friend just got the same product from Paddy Palin CBD shop yesterday while you told me that you only give me the refund, not even put me on the wait list to be the first one the get the product for next shipment."

"Bought an online order for Salomon hiking shoes, accidentally got a uk 6 instead of a us 6, rang the store regarding a return of item, as they didn’t have my size either, was supposed to be emailed a return authority, got nothing, after a week a returned them to their wear house, put my name and address on the parcel, followed up, no phone call back, rang today to follow up again, there is no trace of my contact by phone, now they have to try and find the item. All I can say is very poor communication, and as I normally do not online shop, it has deterred me online shopping again."

"Been here a few times. The service is always good and staff are friendly. They have a good range of stock but you have to sometimes get there on the right day if you want more popular sizes. I prefer going on regular days than on big sale days as there is a large crowd and also a line as well. Overall great shopping experience every time"
