"Under staffed and at every PA it seems one change room is available because the other is used as a stockroom. Staff also prioritising anything but serving people so one poor girl stuck on the till with a massive line while 3 people fiddling with stock and chatting. The size i wanted wasnt even on display so had to get the girl out the counter to go get it. The older items purchased are still looking good after repeated washing.
