It just so happened that it was time for the employees to have dinner. I don't want you to wait for us for dinner, so I gave you the menu immediately. I'm sorry for that I was eating and made you think I had a mouth full of food. It is also because that we were not open in that time ,so the waiting time for food may be longer, so I tell you that it may take 20 minutes to wait. Under normal circumstances, your takeaway order may be ready within 10 minutes. Finally, I want to say sorry to you."
"Terrible customer service. Needed help with menu, the person in the counter didn't really want to help he just gave me the menu and walked away, finally i choosen something from the menu and started ordering, that time he said i will have a wait time for around 20mins as they are having their dinner. He came upto me to take the order with mouth full of food. I don't understand why they opened the shop if they are not for work but to have their dinner."
