"Won’t be ordering from this company again. Part of purchase lost in transit (proven) and instead of sending me a new one, their process is for the customer to wait until they investigate by looking for the lost part… and when the investigation is over they will only then send new one (apparently). It’s still in the middle of the investigation so who knows when, if ever, I will receive what I ordered. Customer service is ineffective."
"I was nervous ordering from Go Easy after reading some negative reviews, however our experience with customer service has been fantastic. We unfortunately had issues with scooters we ordered for the kids (which were delivered 3 days after ordering) and Kate from Customer service has been super helpful and understanding. "Worst customer service, Absolutely useless. Ordered a cable crossover gym machine. For 2500$ never received and email or responses. Then done live chat and was told everything was done and would be posted and email sent. Still nothing so i called them and they tell me its been cancelled because they charged me the wrong freight. No phone call email or nothing to inform me."
"Do not buy from GoEasy Australia. Ordered a set of bumper plates mid-April. Initial delivery date specified was end of June. Long story short - since end of June I have called to find out where my order is. Every time I am told an excuse ranging from “the container is being Unpacked” to “it’s in our warehouse being processed”...and they give me a revised date of another 1-2 weeks. If I complain they say “We can refund your money, but if you still want your product I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do.” - then the worst part is they then blame their supplier (Life Fitness) for not giving them accurate dates or information. I called Life Fitness this weekend. They gave me an expected arrival date that was different to the latest I had been given by GoEasy. Proof that GoEasy have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Overall terrible customer communication, constantly lied to about where product is, and now more than 3 months after original order, GoEasy have only managed to receive 2 of the 6 plates in the set I ordered - with remaining pieces now another 4 weeks away."
"Ordered a pair of gloves, on back order due to size required. Immediately the system doesnt work and supplies no invoice. 3 weeks later a pair of gloves turn up that were in stock at the time of ordering. Too small. Returned the gloves, was charged $9 one way & $10 by the company to ship to me. No apologies, no compromise, rude emails. Absolutely the worst place I ever dealt with online shopping. Never again!"
