Joining Tom is our dedicated team of professionals. Karen, a licensed conveyancer, has been with TH Walker since June 2019. With her Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing from Sydney Institute of Technology, Karen brings a strong background in all facets of conveyancing and office administration. She is committed to providing excellent client communication and ensuring thorough follow-through while prioritizing clients' needs. Karen has also been a Justice of Peace for over 30 years.

Megan, who has been with TH Walker for more than 15 years, is responsible for all Office Administration and Trust Accounting. Her role includes managing the Trust and Controlled Monies accounts and working closely with Tom Walker to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Sharon, a trusted member of our team for over 20 years, has assisted Tom with conveyancing, general administration, and paralegal work. In the past decade, Sharon has focused on assisting Tom Walker with all Estate and Probate matters, providing our clients with expert guidance through the probate process.

Sue, who has worked with Tom for over 30 years, is a highly experienced Paralegal. She oversees all post-exchange administration work and manages TH Walker's safe custody documents and processes. Sue's expertise and attention to detail ensure that all our clients' needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. She is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Wendy, another long-standing member of our team, has worked with Tom for over 30 years. As an extremely experienced Licensed Conveyancer, Wendy handles pre-purchase contract reviews and specializes in off-the-plan purchases. She is highly proficient in LEAP software and the PEXA workspace. Wendy is also a Justice of the Peace.

Matt, a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, completed his Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University. He is responsible for all Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, from pre-exchange of contracts to settlement. With extensive knowledge of the PEXA platform, Matt assists clients with all matters relating to property transactions. He is known for his client-oriented approach, strong work ethic, efficiency, and organizational skills. Matt responds promptly to enquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. He is also a Justice of the Peace.

Dianna, a valuable member of our team for five years, has assisted in various areas, including conveyancing, general secretarial work, and the preparation and finalization of Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Enduring Guardianships. Dianna is one of our front office staff, handling day-to-day phone communications and office appointments.

Kelly, who has been with TH Walker for an impressive 27 years, has always been dedicated to assisting our clients in conveyancing, secretarial administration, leases, and paralegal administration work. With her wealth of knowledge, Kelly guides our clients through all stages of conveyancing. She is available in the office on Mondays and Fridays.
