"Their return policy states that you can return for any reason within 30 days, and that you have to contact them to be approved for a return. I contacted them and they seem to want to negotiate. I just want to return because my feet are swimming in the sandals. Will be initiating a dispute with my card issuer. Pro tip: if you are experiencing the same, immediately dispute with your card issuer. There is a small window of time to initiate a dispute and these international companies know this and try to exploit this detail that is not well known by consumers."
"Claim to be blister free. But the cork soles blistered the balls of my feet badly. When I made a complaint I was blamed and was told I probably bought the wrong size plus they are out of warranty."
