"Thought I’d give them a try. 2/3 staff extremely rude, signs all through the shop stating the extra money they charge for things that should be free. It quite literally states at the front desk that if you want a specific staff member to do your nails, it’s $10 extra?? I’ve never seen this. The poor lady next to me was absolutely interrogated because she didn’t want shellac. The staff member gave her such a hard time and kept asking why why and was on her phone face timing mid job. Look, we all know you don’t come to these salons for customer service but geez this is by far the worst I’ve endured. Ryde area is lacking good nail salons."

"5 staff members.. no customers. Took over an hr and a half. Used the wrong colour. Talked non stop and even would stop doing my nails to get up and chat.were on their phones and wouldn't even looks at my nails or the uv light to know when to change. Was scraping product off my nails and look at another staff member. Hopeless"

"First time visiting Neo Nails and could’ve be happier. Got a beautiful set of gel nails and the technician did a great job. I was very happy that she took care of the area around the cuticles as that’s my biggest pet hate, when they leave your cuticles looking awful. But my set is stunning. Will definitely be back"

"I’ve been coming this nail salon for past 3 years even after moving my place also have been recommending to my clients as I’m in beauty industry as well in local area. I went here today and asked for my pedicure with basic white shellac. One of worker started my pedicure seemed new and junior (all workers today I haven’t met before btw). I was still comfortable as usually if senior or owner thinks not experienced enough for that job then they swapped to other technicians on middle way which I don’t mind. I was in pain. But didn’t say anything because little mistakes are okay trying not to be a hard client. Once she started putting shellac, it was very bumpy and not as straight. I asked at least my first toe nail want it to be straight and neat. But funny she said this is straight. Still okay. The other lady who was scratching her own feet behind (seemed senior or manager instead of owner that time) came to me and said this is normal. And I said No, I’ve been coming here years never had, never expect this job. Could you fix it for me? She still blaming my toe nails saying because this is damaged. Okay then, I usually get extensions. Is that why is so bumpy and not straight? With her angry face, high volume of voice you should’ve told me earlier!!! Okay this is the sign of NOT AVAILABLE for communication lol They charged $55 for basic pedi shellac 30mins service which is always different (last time was $55 with extensions) Very disrespectful to clients very disappointed. Makes me think and regret why I drive that far passing so many nail salons today. Bumpy and not straight, yelling at client dosen’t met my expectation. Never going back again. Not worthy."

"I had some damage on my nails from a previous salon and the girls suggested that I try soft gel nails as they have a bed that helps protect the natural nail, they were happy to explain the details beforehand. 2 days later, I broke a nail trying to get the foil off a bottle of Champagne. I went back to see them and they replaced the nail, when I asked how much..... free of charge. Not everyone will have the same experience but it is the best experience in a nail salon I have had. I have found my salon :-)"
