"I love supporting local business and this shop usually does deliver good service, however they stuffed me around with my recent purchase. I bought boots that required heat moulding. They called to let me know they were in and that I could pick them up. When I did they were unable to do the heat moulding due to staff not having had the training and that I would be required to return. I changed my day around so I could return to be told that the machine was broken and that the trained staff member didn't really know how to do it. This has left me needed to conduct the moulding myself and 2 trips to Torquay that I didn't need to make. Worried that the business service depends on the staff and to actually get expert knowledge or assistance you'll need the owners in."
