"Useless customer service. Ordered a product which took them 10 days to ship. Package wasn’t shipped properly so got lost and arrived almost a month after ordering and after it was required. Each time I followed up on the order, they acted disinterested and just fobbed me off with the same ‘we are waiting to hear from the courier company, there’s nothing we can do’ - No troubleshooting to try and rectify the issue. Had better service ordering dropship from China! Avoid.."
"A bunch of incompetent and unprofessionals running the show. Spoke with Jimmy twice over the phone and received their confirmation that the bat will be ready to be picked up after machine knocking on a certain day. Don’t even have the courtesy and manners to even call and give a heads up that they couldn’t keep up the promise so that the opposite person don’t waste their time to visiting the centre. Not even offering anything to rectify their incompetence. Just taking customers for granted. Really shameful act."
"Terrible customer service. Bought items online, they were too small for our son. Tried numerous to contact Western Sports Centre but they never answered or returned emails. Claimed they never received email from us. Mail the items back with note for a refund, the parcel was never picked from the post office and subsequently returned to me. Now I'm have post the items back to them again at a cost of $17, making the postage more expensive the items. Would not recommend them at all. I get much better service from Greg Chappell Cricket Centre."
"My first visit was amazing 2 years ago Very friendly staff, but online orders are really poor, before placing order I confirmed that what I am going to order once order was placed they found that they don't have items in stock which was time wasting and frustrating but staff was helpful to return straight away, mixed experience, they need to be more professional that's it, otherwise good."
