"Scam of a site. Do not order from them. Currently waiting for a refund. And they don't reply to emails within 4 hours as their site suggests. Unfortunately they have no number to call for customer assistance, no surprises there. After googling the actual site I feel silly as others seem to be scammed too. I should of checked!!"
"Do not order from these people. They're happy to charge you for your purchase straight away, but when you don't receive your item and seek out a follow-up WEEKS later (definitely don't believe their website that says items are processed in a day or two) you won't get one. I've emailed them multiple times for over a week now (again, don't believe the website which states they will reply to you in four hours... ha!) and have received no response. I tried ringing their business number, which I located during an online search (as their website doesn't list one) and surprise, surprise... disconnected! I'm currently disputing the charge with my bank. I just want my money back at this point. If I could go back in time, I'd be willing to pay twice as much for my item from a more professional, organised outfit, rather than deal with this corrupt and incompetent company. Total scam!"
"DO NOT SHOP FROM THESE PEOPLE! On 19 Feb I ordered a baby shower gift online. On 25 Feb I still hadn't had confirmation of shipping so I emailed them asking for an update. I did not receive a reply. Today, 27 Feb, I receive a refund notification from PayPal from a company I didn't know. After spending a while trying to figure out the trading company's name, I discover that it's these guys. I looked for a phone number but, of course, they don't have one (I wonder why). So I emailed them asking for someone to call me urgently to discuss my order. Instead, I received a bog standard email apologising for the inconvenience caused and advising me that the product I ordered and paid for 8 days ago, is out of stock and that my refund will take 4-5 business days to receive! Now it's too late to order it from anyone else because I won't get it in time for the baby shower. 8 days to figure out they were out of stock and their idea of notifying me was to process a refund! By the time I get my money back, they will have had it for 2 weeks. GREAT JOB! How are these people still in business?"
"After 2 weeks I sent emails to the email on contact us page. No reply. Luckily used PayPal for Payment and had the payment email address. Sent one to this. Finally got an answer though told I would have more info that evening which wasn't received. Turns out that they didn't have what I had ordered, a number of baby wraps. Would have been so much easier with a telephone number to contact."
