"While Pre-Uni College provides a variety of advanced materials and the teacher's are helpful and engaging, this tutoring system is quite inconvenient in terms of communication. The number of times we had to call Pre-Uni College Digital was obnoxious and time-consuming. We were not informed or updated about log-in details, how we could sit the online tests (taken by Pre-Uni College Digital) and when we would receive results/responses for those tests. In my opinion, this tutoring system is not as efficient as many of the other ones out there and needs to make sure they communicate with their students to ensure they all understand what they need to do. To conclude, your child would be better off studying with any other tutoring center, whether it be online or face-to-face."
