"DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked my end of lease cleaning with them back in June, 2022. They rescheduled last minute twice, and ended up coming on the last day of my lease, which I'd wanted to avoid. The cleaners I got were a lady and her elderly father, who started saying he couldn't clean much because he was old the second I saw him. In the visitor carpark, before seeing the apartment. After getting back to work, I started getting calls from the company stating that the cleaners were asking for more money for the cleaning as the outdoor area was bigger than they expected. I'd already paid a premium of $110 to account for the small courtyard that I believed was bigger than the standard balcony for a 2 bed apartment. The lady on the phone didn't have an explanation for why I should be paying more, just that that is what the cleaners wanted. Because I refused to pay the extra $80 or so they decided that they weren't going to finish the job and left after about 2 hours of cleaning. The entire job had cost almost $600 and a million headaches. For reference I failed the final inspection that happened 3hrs after the cleaners left, and the real estate agent got cleaners they trusted to clean the place properly. I ended up getting nearly double the Fantastic Services cleaning job taken out of my bond in extra rent and cleaning and I wasn't even upset."
