"Nadia is a nice person, but do not expect timely responses and service. Approached her for a simple consent order, where all the terms were already defined. Initial communication was good, but after that it was impossible to get in touch with her for anything. No reply to emails, no way to call her as she is in court 99% of the time. We submitted all the forms and 1 month later we found out they had not yet been submitted to the courts - citing a reason that was not communicated back to me. My superannuation transfer is due now - which I have no updates and no communication on for over a month - this was part of the original scope of work outlined to her - which she now paints as being "a favour" to me. As nice of a person you are Nadia, your admin and communication and sense of professionalism really needs work I'm sorry."
