Patients who hold a Medicare Card will be bulk billed, ensuring that healthcare remains accessible to all. Overseas visitors without Medicare will be charged a consultation fee of $70.00. We also provide bulk billing for patients aged under 16 years, aged pensioners, healthcare card holders, DVA, and disability pension card holders.

For patients who are unable to attend our surgery during normal hours due to their condition, we offer home visits. Simply contact us to arrange a visit from our dedicated medical professionals.

Language barriers and hearing impairments should never hinder access to quality healthcare. We have access to interpreters through TIS and assistance for hearing-impaired patients through NABS. Please speak to our friendly reception staff if you require these services.

Since our establishment in 1975, Liverpool Medical Centre has been committed to bulk billing. However, to continue delivering the highest quality of services, we have transitioned to mixed-billing consultations from 1st March 2023. Patients will incur a $35.00 gap payment regardless of the consultation duration. Rest assured, we will continue to bulk bill patients aged under 16 years, aged pensioners, healthcare card holders, DVA, and disability pension card holders. Please remember to bring your current concession card to each appointment.
