"We had our little boy birthday at Cros Derrimut twice. Kids had a wonderful time and loved variety of the equipment. Party rooms are very colourful, clean and set up nicely. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Plenty of food for kids and adults platers and coffees are good quality. Def recommending for kids parties."
"Incredibly disappointing experience. We would have loved to visit again & recommend the venue, however the lack of service and disrespectful nature of the 2 main staff (specifically the 2 older ladies behind the counter - one of which advised she is the owner) was enough for my family and I to never return and warn others to avoid. The way they speak to and the complete lack of acknowledgment to customers and what seems to be of certain ethnic groups, is disgraceful. We left feeling disheartened."
"We booked Disco party for 20 kids. Food wasn’t enough for kids. Their music system wasn’t working properly and we wait for coffees the whole time. Coffees came nearly end of the party. Party host doesn’t allow to use kids Costume and props until we ask for it but again it was end of party. Room booked for 12:00pm hot food came for kids 1:15 and party finish time was 1:30. There was a lot of staff but everyone is standing in kitchen, no one on counter. Hope you guys will improve your service so customers will come again."
"Amazing placlycentre for kids to enjoy and have fun. We had to cancel our party due to Covid in family and the management was very understanding, and allowed us to use the deposit as per our wish. Had a great experience dealing with the staff and would definitely recommend for organising birthday parties for kids and will be coming back again.."
