"They say they put the patients needs as the No. 1 Priority. That's nor true at all as we experienced this first hand. Unfortunately there was a week where we were not able to pay and the Receptionist was lovely and advised that we could pay the following session which we thought was great customer service and understanding that circumstances change. The poor Receptionist then had to call us back and advise that the Practice Manager had advised her that they couldn't be flexible and needed payment. We ended up having to cancel that session. The Receptionist passed on some feedback to the Practice manager who called me to discuss this. I was told that basically they can't be flexible and that nothing can be done. I then mentioned that it was pretty appalling and that being that money hungry is quite disgusting only to have the Practivlce manager laugh/snicker and advise that as per their policy if we'd like to continue the service there'd be a cancellation fee that is payable as per their policy. We will be going elsewhere as this business only wants money instead of looking after their patients needs."
