Established in November 2017, The Centre for Paediatrics, also known as CentrePaeds, is a center of excellence for high-quality paediatric care. We bring together a team of experienced paediatricians and allied health professionals to ensure that your child receives the best possible care.

What sets CentrePaeds apart is that we are the first private comprehensive and integrated care paediatric service in the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD). We aim to serve the local community and are strategically positioned between two major tertiary children's hospitals: Sydney Children's Hospital in the east and the Children's Hospital at Westmead in the west.

Our dedicated paediatric service at Macquarie University Hospital Clinics is equipped to handle complex medical cases that require the expertise of our multidisciplinary team. For example, a child presenting with delayed speech and poor social interaction can be quickly diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through our comprehensive investigations and assessments. This early diagnosis enables parents to seek intervention and apply for NDIS funding, ensuring that their child receives the support they need.
