"Huge thank you and appreciation to Austin who served me today! I was in the store for a while, trying on a lot of different shoes and sizes but it was no trouble to him and he served me so happily and nicely from start to finish! I felt at ease browsing and Austin made my experience so smooth and comfortable. He also went above and beyond to re-lace shoes for me to try as the stock at the back were laced differently and felt different when worn with the display items. I ended up buying two new pairs of sneakers and couldn’t leave more satisfied. I don’t usually leave reviews so that’s saying something! Thank you so much Austin!! You’re a legend :)"

I bought a pair of boots which Yasmin convinced us to buy smaller size than my daughter’s shoe size. Obviously was too small and caused so much pain and blister on her toes. When I tried to return the defective shoes after few days Claudia was serving me, she was super rude and had clearly no idea how to deal with client. She raised her voice talked over me and blamed my daughter for faulty boots. I tried to bring my voice via online service with no success. Don’t throw your money away and please don’t buy anything from this shop."
"**DO NOT SHOP THERE** Was shocked with a terrible customer service! Will never come back. The girl manager (Claudia?) She had no idea about the basic standards of customer service. She was so rude and didn't let me talk and she talks over me with a loud rude tone just to refuse returning a pair of defective shoes after two days of purchase? Please do not go there and do not spend your money there... even if you shop online you get better service!!"
"Shockingly poor experience with defective product refused replacement or refund. Rude store manager and then unhelpful online customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Just go to the other stores nearby. Same products, better experience. [Update: contacted Platypus again, they did nothing. Then I contacted Converse who said it was a manufacturing fault and replaced the shoes. Converse are wonderful. Platypus not at all.]"
