"Friendly service and good quality products. Just pay for the privilege. Great belts!!"
"Went into R.M Williams under the recommendation from another store and couldn't be happier. I was advised to speak with Nigel for advice on what type of footwear I should be using and it is clear. Nigel loves his shoes! Nigel took the time to explain to me all the differences in colour or soles or types of shoes on offer as well as explaining how they can be used general pros and cons except he talked about it with such passion that it was clear he loved his job. It was fantastic service and it was a joy to be served by him. There was another attendant behind the counter who was also lovely. Made some jokes had a laugh and a overall good time. 10/10 would by some shoes here again"
"Great experience when I came in store, spent 20-30 minutes trying on different boots to find the right fit. Thanks to Linda's help we got there and couldn't be happier with my purchase."
"Andrew Forrest brought R.M.Williams back be Australian owned, but I guess he neglected to consider and comprehend what customer service is all about. I visited their Macquarie Centre store on Friday 28 Oct 2022. I wanted to purchase some shirts. However upon walking in, I really wasn't greeted and began looking at shirts. There was ONE person working and she was busy with someone getting a repair done. Seeing as I couldn't find my size, I then stood there a few metres behind the other person, waiting for help. When she was finished she just sort of looked at me like "what do you need"? She then said "are you ok?" Meaning what exactly? I wasn't dressed in business attire but athleisure, which I'm assuming caused her attitude. I told her what I was after and she acted like she didn't want to help, but finally went to check for the size I requested. After she did, she just said we don't have any. So I asked could she check other stores and her exact words were, "oh, I don't trust the system, so......". And I then said ok. And she said "you can call the other stores to find out." Umm, isn't that her JOB? Any other store I've been to will call other stores or check stock as is common courtesy. So, I left and bought at another brand. Needless to say, this horrendous customer service seems to be a pattern throughout R.M. Williams stores. What's the point of being Aussie owned if your attitude and service is horrible? Pick up your game, you won't keep or gain any customers with the current model. I will not ever buy R.M. Williams anything, and will be returning some Craftsmen boots I bought several days earlier. If this is how it's run, much happy giving my money to a foreign owned company that treats their customers like they should. You are not selling $2000 shoes, are you? So let's get the attitude and service back in line."
"Great boots, and great service from Fatima - she took the time to explain the different styles of boots, fit, comfort and styling. Although they didn't have the size needed, and we bought online, the whole in-store experience was great."
