"Had the best experience in Bupa Miranda store this evening. Had an issue with my little daughter's shoes which were only 1month old and the way Dylan handled the situation was exceptional. We have always bought sketchers shoes for ourselves. And my daughter who is now 11 have only worn sketchers. I'm so glad I was not disappointed by the customer service since it was the very first time we had issue with the shoes. Dylan was so courteous and made sure everything was sorted so quickly.
