"Very good experience here at the Newington family planning clinic. My GP had a lot of trouble trying to remove my Mirena IUD, ended up having a ultrasound as well to help the process. Decided to go to family planning instead and Dr Aranie Somanathan removed it within 5 mins. She was so friendly, explained the whole process and asked if I had any questions or concerns, made me feel very comfortable the whole way through and also followed up with further advice after the procedure. Reception ladies were very helpful both on the phone and in person, place is clean, appointment was on time and plenty of parking. Thank you!"
"Kelly Land, the nurse I had, was fantastic! Booked in to get my iud/mirena removed after my GP couldn't find my cervix, and I was tightening up and getting anxious. Kelly did a thorough check up to understand my needs. And allowed me to insert the speculum in myself to relieve the anxiety I was feeling. Made the experience almost painless! Highly recommend. Really affordable price too."

"I got an Iud insertion. The staff was so friendly and so kind! I also had to reschedule a bunch of times due to personal reasons and they were super friendly and patient. The doctor walk me through the pain during the procedure so I knew what to expect. The nurse was there with me chatting about nice things about her traveling experience in my home country and telling me to breath. I was in a lot of pain afterwards and the doctor and the nurse gave me some sweets and something for the pain. They also stayed there with me monitoring the pain for like an hour until I was OK to go. I can't thank you enough for your help, it was so painful but your kindness made all the difference. "
