Located at 46-48 Blaxland Road in Ryde, our medical centre is situated next to Late Night Chemist, Top Ryde Family Dental Practice, and Active Motion Physiotherapy. We provide ample onsite parking off the street and at the rear, including disabled parking and ramp access for those with mobility needs.

When you visit us, our receptionist will ask for your medical card and Personal Identification ID to ensure accurate patient identification, prioritizing your safety and confidentiality. Our practice has a robust follow-up system for clinically significant results, ensuring thorough and timely action by our GPs. We also offer preventive health services and can issue reminder notices, although you can opt-out if you prefer.

At Top Ryde Medical Centre, we prioritize patient privacy and confidentiality. All medical records are treated as confidential documents, and our staff adheres to strict privacy policies to ensure the security of your health information.

For patients registered with Medicare, we bulk bill all Medicare services. However, for patients without a Medicare card, we charge $80.00 for a GP consultation. Certain services, such as RTA Drivers Medical Check Up, Pre-employment Medical Check Up, and Divers Medical Check Up, are not covered by Medicare and are billed based on the nature and length of the medical. Please consult with our receptionist for a quote before booking an appointment. Compensation visits are billed directly to the insurer, so please bring the insurer's details and claim number (if applicable) for your first consultation.

To make healthcare more convenient for you, we have Laverty Pathology onsite for most tests recommended by our GPs, which are bulk billed. Our doctors address emergency phone calls only during consulting hours. If you have a non-urgent issue, we recommend making an appointment. For feedback, suggestions, or complaints, we have a suggestion box available at the reception.
