For smaller jobs, such as studio or one to two-bedroom apartments or touch-up jobs, a team of one person may be assigned.

If you require a deep clean, especially if you are a first-time customer or haven't had your home professionally cleaned in the past month, our cleaners will dedicate additional time to thoroughly clean your home.

In the unlikely event of a breakage or loss during your cleaning service, please notify Cleanpro Solution within 48 hours by email or phone. We will then send you a form to be filled out, which must be received within 30 days of the incident.

We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. Therefore, we kindly request 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will incur a $50 charge.

While we offer a wide range of cleaning services, please note that we do not clean chandeliers, light bulbs, handle bio-hazards (such as mold), hoarding situations, animal waste, cobwebs, high reach areas requiring more than a 2-step ladder, put away dishes, clean exterior windows, perform large furniture moving, or handle large-scale trash disposal.
