"I did not have a good experience today visiting Garfield medical centre. The receptionist was incredibly rude upon arrival. Once called for my appointment the Dr did not know why I was in there, as I made my appointment on the phone and was specfic to what I needed to have done, clearly the receptionist doesn't take customer requests seriously enough, to write them down or confirm if procedures are performed. Staff need to be more Informed of procedure the practice do and don't do! I was told they don't perform my request by the Dr. Thank you for waisting my time today. Will not be returning!"
"It is the best medical centre in the area. The doctors are very good and skilled at their job. They are genuine, friendly, do correct diagnosis and recommend perfect treatment. I highly recommend to see these docs if you have any kind of problem. There is parking available behind the medical centre along with the street Parking. The reception staff are also good and helpful."
