Eligible entities with an aggregated turnover of less than $20 million per annum, and not controlled by income tax exempt entities, may qualify for a 45% refundable tax offset, equivalent to a 150% deduction. All other eligible entities may be eligible for a 40% non-refundable tax offset, equivalent to a 133% deduction. Unused offset amounts may also be carried forward to future income years.
